Summary

My primary research focuses on developing novel biosynthetic methods for oligosaccharide and polysaccharide protein vaccines and investigating the immunological mechanisms underlying these vaccines.

I have led and participated in several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, major new drug initiatives, the 973 Program, the 863 Program, and significant Ministry of Education projects. Over the past five years, I have published over 40 peer-reviewed papers as first or corresponding author in international journals. I hold five granted invention patents. Additionally, I serve as a reviewer for various governmental and regional funding proposals and have been invited to chair international conferences and specialized meetings and to deliver keynote presentations on multiple occasions.
