Dr. Jun Li works as an associate professor at School of Life Sciences, Jiangsu Normal University, China. He obtained his MSc in biomedical engineering in Sep 2008 from College of bioengineering at Chongqing University in China. From Oct 2008 to Mar 2012, he pursued a Ph.D in Institute of Pharmacy at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. His PhD study focused on the biodegradable nanoparticles and nanocapsules for drug delivery. After graduation, Dr. Li worked as a post-doc fellow for 4 years at School of Medicine, Tsinghua University and investigated targeted gene delivery and gene therapy.
As an assistant teacher, he worked at the Workers’ University in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, during1982-1988. He taught some courses, such as general physics, mechanics, thermodynamics, electro-magnetics, optics, atomic and quantum physics and so on. As a lecturer in Harbin Institute of Technology during 1991-1995, he taught the fiber optics course for the undergraduate students. As an associate professor in Harbin Institute of Technology from 1995-2000, he has been teaching the fiber optics course. From 1999, he taught the fiber optics II course for the post-graduate students. As a professor in Harbin Institute of Technology from 2000-now, he taught the fiber optic course for the post-graduate students. And he became the doctoral superviser for Ph.D candidates from 2002. From 2001-2008 he taught the course of optical soliton in fiber the post-graduate students. From 2005 to now, he taught quantum optics for the post-graduate students.

Dr. Mostafa Gouda is a PhD Assistant Professor at the National Research Centre of Egypt.
