Yoshiyuki Takami, MD is a cardiovascular surgeon and is currently Division Director of Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Nagoya Daini Red Cross Hospital. He will be Professor of Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Kansai Medical University Takii Hospital at June 2013. He graduated from Kanazawa University School of Medicine in 1989. He received his PhD degree at Nagoya University School of Medicine in 2000. He was one of the members of the center for Artificial Organ Development, Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine during 1995 to 1997. He has performed over 1,500 cases of cardiovascular surgery.
Srikant Agrawal received his MBBS degree from Rajshashi Medical College, Rajshahi University and is currently in his final year of residency of MS General Surgery at Bir Hospital, National Academy of Medical Sciences, Kathmandu, Nepal. He previously served as Chief District Health Officer and Medical Superintendent at District Hospital Dolpa, a government hospital at one of the most remote districts of Nepal. In the devastating earthquake of 2015, he was serving as Medical Officer at Charikot Primary Health Care Centre under Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal.

Current position: Researcher and Assistant Professor at the Unit of Maxillofacial Surgery, Department of Neurosciences, University of Padua, Italy. Postgraduate training as fellow at the Center Klinik für Mund-, Kiefer- and Gesichtschirurgie, Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, Germany, and attending physician at the Unit of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery, Paediatric Hospital Bambino Gesù, Rome, Italy. Author of scientific publications in international journals, and reviewer for international scientific journals.
Main research areas: Head and Neck reconstructive microsurgery, treatment of radio and medication-related jawbone diseases, Head and Neck oncology, craniofacial malformations, computer-assisted surgery and computer-aided design of biomedical devices for bone reconstruction.
Despoina Kakagia is an Associate Professor in Plastic Surgery at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Greece. Professor Kakagia Studied Medicine at the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and was trained in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in prestigious Centres in Greece and Europe including Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in the UK, Institut de Chirurgie Plastique CHU Sart Tilman del Universite de Liege-, Liege, Belgium and the Center of Excellence in Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery and Burn Center, RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Professor Kakagia has participated as an invited speaker in numerous Greek and International Meetings and is the author of many scientific publications including articles in peer-reviewed international journals, books, and book chapters. Professor Kakagia is also a member of the European Association of Plastic Surgeons and many other Hellenic and International scientific societies in the field.

Currently, I am a Researcher at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, University of São Paulo, Brazil, and Professor of General Pathology at Federal University of Alfenas, Brazil. Dr. Yu Guo is a professor of surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University who is engaged in the surgical treatment of hepatobiliary system diseases and the development of nanomedicines for malignant tumor. Dr. Yu Guo is the editor of various surgical and molecular biology journals. In the field of nanomedicine, his research is focused on improving the distribution efficiency of nanoparticle by active targeting technology. He has received several provincial academic honors in Guangdong Province for his contributions in clinical medicine and basic medical research. Edoardo Maria Muttillo is a medical doctor in specialty training in hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery at the University of Rome La Sapienza. The main field of research interest is oncologic and transplantologic hepatobiliary surgery, oncologic pancreatic surgery, benign diseases and transplantology. He is also active in research for liver regeneration, liver diseases and biliary diseases.
He was born in 1980 in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2003 and started his career as a physician. He graduated from Istanbul Goztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009 as a General Surgery Specialist. Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as a military physician at Ankara Gulhane Military Medical Academy and Kosovo NATO-KFOR as a General Surgery Specialist. He worked as Chief Physician and General Surgery Specialist at Sivas Susehri State Hospital between 2010-2013. While working as a General Surgery specialist at Goztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2013-2016, he received Liver and Kidney transplantation training at Akdeniz University Organ Transplantation Institute between 2014-2015. Since 2016, he has been working in the academic staff of Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery, as an Assistant Professor and Chief of The Organ Transplantation Department. He received the title of Associate Professor in the field of General Surgery in October 2021.
Professional Experience:I performed about 8000 cardiac operations including the corrections of GUCH. Extensive experience in coronary surgery both on pump and off-pump.
